Andy worked with BJC planning to gain permission for a landowner for a housing scheme of 62 units on a site at Providence Hill. This was a very challenging site in terms of its technical constraints and topography and was eventually sold as a conventional housing scheme due to a substantial market demand, but was conceived as a potential scheme for Custom build units.
